COLLEGE AND CAREER
In our ministry we focus on four areas of life that we believe every college student truly seeks.
First, we want to provide you a place to develop meaningful RELATIONSHIPS. God wired each
of us with an innate need for other people with whom to go through life. College students are no
different. It is our desire that you will develop deep relationships with other college students who
are on the same spiritual journey as you.
We also want to help you live a life of PASSION. Jesus came to give us life to the fullest…and
that’s something we never forget. Getting involved in the college ministry is your first step toward true
significance and purpose.
Relationships and passion without TRUTH mean very little. You probably have scores of people –
parents, professors, employers, whoever – who have opinions about how you should live your life. But
they are just that – opinions. We want to help you search out the Bible for the truth about how to live
a life of eternal significance.
Finally, we firmly believe in AUTHENTICITY. None of us are perfect. Each of us is on a journey
toward becoming the person that God wants us to be. We look forward to joining you on the journey of a
lifetime!
Please join us on Sunday mornings as we study the Bible and fellowship together!

WOMEN’S MINISTRIES
We offer women’s Bible studies throughout the year. Previous offerings have included Beth Moore Bible
studies, a series on Raising Godly Children in an Ungodly World (prepared and led by a church member
with six children), and a studies of Hebrews and Revelation. We try to offer at least one
weekly daytime study with childcare provided. New studies usually begin in September.
The Tuesday morning Bible study for women is called "Saltshakers", based on Matthew 5:13 where Jesus
says, "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty
again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men." The ladies
meet from 9:45-11:30 a.m. Sarah Knott is the teaching leader.
Information, including registration cards, on current/upcoming studies are available at the church
welcome desk located at the main entrance or by calling Elaine Martin at 785-5062.
Our Hospitality Team is responsible for planning churchwide fellowship events throughout the
year. Events have included ladies' brunches, Christmas luncheons, church dinners, and special
receptions.
